- Potential wasted coz of higher managemt jeopardising
- Dysfunctional internal competition,man-eat man world.
- No respect for genuine talent and genuinity.
- Dissatisfaction leading to high stress and negativity and changing your perception about honesty per se.
Anybody from IT reading this will sure be nodding their heads to affirm.These incidents are not only fallacious testimony for the already unsound foundations of the Indian IT companies but also an on-your-face-truth about the intrinsic attitude of the Indian CEO’s.Their taste for corruption that keeps them going…until they meet the precarious dead-end.They seem to have a gula for the mula.and they like it that it rhymes.Assholes!You think of starting an IT company,you day-dream about forbes listing and making millions.All that without foundations based on honesty and integrity;you’re showcasing a cheap slapdash slavery of you ambitions.And let me tell you its so uninteresting sitting in a cabin and the comp doing things(regardless of the perks and facilities),,get a life!I have seen robots for humans,the people who have worked and etched themselves into this modus operandi.I always wonder how much moolah for humanity?and policies based on human grounds?This field seems to grind your emotions and sense of well being to zilch and inverse.
There’s competition in every sphere,every stage of life,but particularly in this IT field theres laws and rules and policies which always find their way to loop holes.Its only this field which shimmers the promise of dough from the outside but when you make yourself a part of it to give your ‘sincere best’ you are definately gonna be axed given to the manipulations of envious management.And as a result you too master the rules/Gospel or the art of manipulations and politics to survive.Its sad thats wht we need to survive and to this extent.Being assertive and firm doesnot give heed to any kind of jeopardy.Get that staright people!!!Thats wht I believe in.I dont budge!!and feel proud to standing up for myself and speaking for myself regrdless of how powerful the authority seems.When you know you are right,that itself gives you the strength to kick the bureaucratic ass!!!
Well,thats pretty much the brief of any (Indian) IT company.Those geeks working for companies with mirky vision and standards will showcase poor standards and esteem as compared to foriegn mncs.Thats because regardless of what their culture is,honest and integrity is the intergral part of their enterprises.Those guys address every issue with seriousness.Integrity and honesty is what they esteem.However,we Indian IT jerks think we can get away with corruption.More than shame and disgrace it high time to wake up and look around and at ourselves.
There are companies like DELL ,its just a call centre but its work culture speaks volumes for itself.Thats because ts the spirit of the environment,which aint in any aspect shallow.Anybody whos worked for this company at any point of time will always smile to his/her experie4nce.Thats what a real CEO does to his company and quality.Quality is brought by respecting sincerity and indiviuality and not blindling slaying peoples opportuinities just coz the managers at the higher level feel threatened of their subordinates potential.Why are we proud of being Indians when we cannot inculcate these basic principles of honesty and integrity in our work and personal life? what are we proud of when our culture has so many principle to offer and we only put it to shame!
