Like koffee with Karan this show is hackneyed.Banal twists and blustering are their only cliche they hang on to, in-order to survive in the minds of unlettered youth.Their theme song is as ho-hum as the show perse.They want to make abusing legal,looks like that’s their intrin-’sick’ motto;and this time around,they have Ran-Vijay(oh poor little VJ!:(   ) to join the ill-bred predilection.Little advice for ya,mate….esp since you come out to be more humane as compared to your tonsured confrères.Run-Vijay-Run,before your brain cells get influenced by the demented personified.What is so apparent,unfortunately,this time around too;is that the participants with no calibre/talent tend use ‘humility’ and ‘honesty’ as a tool to enter the show.This has always been the case,however,this time around ‘bromidic usage’ of these qualities that have esscence of a certain standing in human life is exploited to a great extent.When Raghu-Rajiv are so superfilious about their infantile reflexes of anger and toughness,why wont the participant follow suite.Infact they have a problem with studs..coz they weren’t and arent studs and cant be even if they try.They cry out the word called ‘individuality’ when they themselves are supposed to do some soul-searching.These kids,i bet had a very sorry teenage life and it shows how they take their angst out on the participants to compensate for what they have been missing..A***** with all sorts of complex mental disorders think the idea of raising hell is something that do something for the youth?Are we really a foolish auidence to give-in to the fetid-fantasies of growling fool?Shouldn’t the young be encouraged to watch programs like ET now where Entrepreneurship is encouraged?We are what we choose to be.Either you can choose to be a roadie or a progressive mind.Now that choice is yours!

Desi Torture begins on 27th nov along with musicians who I bet have not idea about Rock music that has come a long way to become a cult.Rock music is such an archetype cult, portmanteuing a desi twist to Rock can only add an insult to the injury.And what do the contestants perform?….bollywood numbers with some guitars and drums and call that sort of belching cocktail, desi rock.Its a horror show,its has its original potential to even scare Ramsay bros with its horrendous antics and contestants.The icing on the cake is the hippie from Indian ocean Rahul Ram…rama rama…what a choice.Atleast I have some respect for Pritam,he has composed tasty music in the past and still continues to do so.But the hippie is such a hurried choice in the whirlwind.MTV has become a melange of the good, bad and ugly.The good is jose’s brief,creative mtv ads and logos,mtv girls night out(full marks),bad is patented to ‘making the cut,splitzvillas’ and ugly is propritored to ‘rock on’(even the name of the show is not original and they want to judge an original genre such as Rock music).Tera kya hoga re kalia?Rahul ram belongs to the ghetto where he can play his trash guitar to all those destituate kids,or even better join the bandwagon of Himesh Reshmiyaa,atleast truck-drives listen to his music.Prolly he can learn something from him to get atleast some kind of audience.We,in this country,have potent latent potential and talent which is abused by such mediocre shows as we are so soaked in mediocrity,our conscious beats to think of high-standards as acceptable.We are so used to thinking that masses are more acceptable than class.Innovation is revered in the west,infact only originality is accepted there and all we do is copy their music when we are gifted with ming-boggling classical music which I’m sure a metalhead growler cannot simulate.But all they do is bring in bollywood as compared to the evergreen classical music.Out of tune singing of contestestants in the name of giving it a Rock twist is just ridiculous.Rock,heavy metal and all of its subgenres aint tuneless.They are created keeping in mind an ideology the band strongly believes in and follows through.Rock music is an expression with strong intent as opposed to tuneless,shamless slapdash imitation of delusional idea of what it is..as demoed in this show.

Mtv better do their homework before abusing the worlds most revered genre such as Rock \m/ else they’d rather ‘Rest In Piece.!

P.S:I’m drenched in this genre of music so deeply and I feel so strong ,I cant see it go wrong!

ab phategi!!after a long haitus Mtv is back with top-drawer shows.Girls night out is so offbeat and dare-devil in itself and spine-chilling to watch.Getting a realistic glimspe of the paranormal with real-time experience is something else.3 girls where one is a believer,the other non-believer and the remaining one is sceptic about the existance of ghosts are sent into three different directions where each type of individuals records their paranormal experience.Sometimes turth is more sacrier than superficial drama with odd ghostly faces.Ghosts donot have a face.They have presence which can only be felt and experience.Do u believe in the paranormal?

After a long time this show looks,decent,straight to- the-point and honest.Nikhil and both the cyruses are doing a good job.Though the crowd still maintains to be dumbass-patented.Improvement and change are two difficult things to attain.Well,its so passe cant have any expectations before watching it.

Two bald junglees have finally found their true habitat in african jungles.haha.i hope you R.I.P there along with your new branded-brand of loser contentestants.On a positive note,I really hope your use your-twin heads this time too like you created an amazing show like mtv- connected.I hope your twat brains connect this time well and you bring about a proper version of roadies without your raunch from your sore paunch.

It’s rare phenomena when mtv shows well planned effort in their shows such as fantastic 5,mtv wassup but this show-mtv desi rock on again shows their patented superfluous effort.All the three twats sitting there dont have an iota of sense of ‘Rock’ music and its genres.Do u even know how many genres of rock music exist and the purpose behind their existence.it just aint rythm..Rock music has a diffect perspective in terms of rythm,which these three brainless idiots fail to understand.They want to sing baba black sheep into rock?do u even know what are called ‘ lyrics’ in rock and the significance of lyrics in rock music.Its a shame how people who have training and experience in music insult yet another rhetorical forensic of this genre.Good enough you want desi rock-can work wonders like melodic death metal.but are you yourself clear abt this idea?just sitting there making a fool of yourself and this high-regarded iconoclastic genre.and you want kailesh kher(thatvillage oaf) to judge the rock-rythm and rock aura?HA!A die-hard rock fans like me would find this lame show a spit in your mouth.Understand what you do,genres of music are a work of art,ideology and tremendous amout of hardwork.not to be wasted and kill its beauty by coming up with disorganised,unplanned shows like these.do some research duffers!

After a long time the twin-heads have come up with a good show and a unique concept that is either not lifted or influenced from the west.This game show has singular nature where the games test to see how well the twins are connected with each other.They are not tested for their capabilities but the degree of homogeny with each other.For the first time Nikhil dresses up like a geek,looking very offbeat and grounded.Away from being a sterotypical Vj,this is a fresh look and fun to carry out.Intelligent yet simply plotted to test the level of similitude between the twins is fun to watch.However its a bit of drag,and very slow.

Let the cynical in me spill the beans.Really enjoyed watching the twists and turns in the second season of splitzvilla.Looks like its this time around they got the concept right and that is quite apparent from the episodes.The tasks are creative,uncomplicated and fun.Maybe the recruited anew team,and Nikhil is as usual at his best!Simply love this show this season.Hope they continue to maintain this yardstick.

I like Joanna and most of the participants are good in their own way.Param is a telling competitor and a good/sensible human being.Losers on the show are Bhavaman,stuti-hopefully they are flinged-out asap!
