An offbeat show on star wold on tuesdays at 9.00pm IST waiting to open the pandoras box of your life.The good part is,if you can face your infracts by admitting them infront of your family and the rest of the world,you win megabucks.Its all a testimony of courage and to some extent stupidity.If some lettuce can spill the bad beans,why not?Let the world know,if not the world,atleast people close to you deserve to know the truth.You can love and hate this show at the same time because you will be grateful and embarassed at the same time.It gives one mixed feelings,can get very difficult sometimes,the kind of questions asked.This aint no fun show.It surpasses all Reality shows.So,unless and until you are sure you’ve been good,donot participate in these shows.It might just turn you face red in shame and confusion.Not a good surprise for your family and and folks as well.Do you dare to speak the truth??

A reality music show you can never get tired of.Unlinke the indian Idol where more importance given to drama and their internal differences.Basically the passion and genuinity with with the American Idol is conducted lacks in most of the Indian reality music shows.Sa re ga ma was an exception when Sonu Nigma was the singer/judge.It had lost its charm after that.The best things about the people in the western country is they lack inhibitions of any kind and give their best shot,without feeling sheepish about anything.Thats was brings out the best in them,however offbeat or weird,its REAL.

We here,can’t resist plagarism.However,it would be more benificial for us if we rather ape their quality and passion with which they work rather than their concepts  on just about any project.

After a good mix of crowd I thought all the flake that the jerk Raghu had to face must have made some tiny sense inside his tiny head.After watching the tasks designed in the last two episodes,hes provedthat hes not just a jerk but also a psycho who prolly holds a grudge against men.

picking shit and getting kicked in the nuts is a sign of courage?its a sign that says-“i got no spine and now I got no balls coz I can take any kinda shit” .I think thats the slogan a roadie from that show bears.

Did he perform that task?No.Why hes got no balls to perform such disgusting tasks he designs.He call this shallow piece of meanness ‘Hell down under?”Thats what helldowmn under means to that barmy-banana-head.

P.S:Send him to a shrink.ASAP.You let loose his distorted thinking,he do more damage to human beings.Coz this guy is possessed.He has no brain,no sensitivityy and no sense to have come up with such tasks.You like torture,why dont to slit your own throat and see how much it pains.If you like torture,inflict pain on youself and be thrilled instead of harming others.

The tasks in the last two episodes have crossed the line.Esp,the lastevent where the boys get kicked in their nuts.It was appalling ugly and difficult to watch something like that.This man holds a grudge against men.Pickingcamel shit and getting kicked is a sign of courage?I have no words for a psychopath like him.He takes pride in being himself even if it means being disgusting…A barmy whos trying to fool the world with his whimps and psychotic thinking.The guys around the bend..send him to a shrink.

gays in military???hey,military aint a gay thing.In time to come we might just have dandies in floral prints.You can’t have gays in the military,theres got to be some kinda discretion to show deferrence to the armed forces.Get into designing or performance arts,thats the real test of your sensitive nature.Having gays in the war machine  is like abusing the mettle of armed forces.Why do gays make a big deal of their sexuality and then make a big deal being discriminated.Get a life!If thats the choice you make you cant be intromitted in just about any field,esp when you cannot do justice to it.

• Fake american accents
• Faking intelligence,attitude
• Potential wasted coz of higher managemt jeopardising
• Dysfunctional internal competition,man-eat man world.
• No respect for genuine talent and genuinity.
• Dissatisfaction leading to high stress and negativity and changing your perception about honesty per se.

Anybody from IT reading this will sure be nodding their heads to affirm.These incidents are not only fallacious testimony for the already unsound foundations of the Indian IT companies but also an on-your-face-truth about the intrinsic attitude of the Indian CEO’s.Their taste for corruption that keeps them going…until they meet the precarious dead-end.They seem to have a gula for the mula.and they like it that it rhymes.Assholes!You think of starting an IT company,you day-dream about forbes listing and making millions.All that without foundations based on honesty and integrity;you’re showcasing a cheap slapdash slavery of you ambitions.And let me tell you its so uninteresting sitting in a cabin and the comp doing things(regardless of the perks and facilities),,get a life!I have seen robots for humans,the people who have worked and etched themselves into this modus operandi.I always wonder how much moolah for humanity?and policies based on human grounds?This field seems to grind your emotions and sense of well being to zilch and inverse.

There’s competition in every sphere,every stage of life,but particularly in this IT field theres laws and rules and policies which always find their way to loop holes.Its only this field which shimmers the promise of dough from the outside but when you make yourself a part of it to give your ‘sincere best’ you are definately gonna be axed given to the manipulations of envious management.And as a result you too master the rules/Gospel or the art of manipulations and politics to survive.Its sad thats wht we need to survive and to this extent.Being assertive and firm doesnot give heed to any kind of jeopardy.Get that staright people!!!Thats wht I believe in.I dont budge!!and feel proud to standing up for myself and speaking for myself regrdless of how powerful the authority seems.When you know you are right,that itself gives you the strength to kick the bureaucratic ass!!!

Well,thats pretty much the brief of any (Indian) IT company.Those geeks working for companies with mirky vision and standards will showcase poor standards and esteem as compared to foriegn mncs.Thats because regardless of what their culture is,honest and integrity is the intergral part of their enterprises.Those guys address every issue with seriousness.Integrity and honesty is what they esteem.However,we Indian IT jerks think we can get away with corruption.More than shame and disgrace it high time to wake up and look around and at ourselves.

There are companies like DELL ,its just a call centre but its work culture speaks volumes for itself.Thats because ts the spirit of the environment,which aint in any aspect shallow.Anybody whos worked for this company at any point of time will always smile to his/her experie4nce.Thats what a real CEO does to his company and quality.Quality is brought by respecting sincerity and indiviuality and not blindling slaying peoples opportuinities just coz the managers at the higher level feel threatened of their subordinates potential.Why are we proud of being Indians when we cannot inculcate these basic principles of honesty and integrity in our work and personal life? what are we proud of when our culture has so many principle to offer and we only put it to shame!
